Sony’s State of Play
Sony held their most recent State of Play last week. The marketing event announced a few new games, including a full-fledged Astro Bot game. You can watch the event in its entirety above, or check out the highlights below.
Concord
A science fiction-based 5v5 character-driven first-person shooter. Wow, that’s a lot of adjectives.
Monster Hunter Wilds
A new trailer for the upcoming Monster Hunter game, set to release in 2025.
Silent Hill 2 Remake
A new trailer for the much-anticipated remake of the horror classic also included a release date: October 8, 2024.
Astro Bot
A full game featuring the silly little robots who taught you how to use your PlayStation 5. Explore 6 galaxies and over 80 levels in search of Astro’s scattered crew starting September 6.

Summer Game Fest week is here
Summer Game Fest is the biggest marketing event of the year for video games. There will be plenty of news, announcements, press conferences and more.
Our Editor plans to livestream and discuss with participants the main Summer Game Fest stream starting Friday, June 7 at 4 p.m. CT on his Twitch account. Jump in, talk about the announcements, or just games in general. There will also be plenty of stories on the site, in case you are unable to watch live.
