Star Wars and Steam Controllers
Fortnite has some big Star Wars news!
Fortnite has some new content just in time for Star Wars Day. Find out exactly what they’re getting. Also, the New Steam controller is now for sale. Find out all the details. All this and the latest gaming headlines. Let’s go!
The Steam Controller officially launches

Valve officially announced their new version of the Steam Controller would be ready for preorder May 4.
The Steam Controller is the first of three devices announced by Valve last year to go to market. When asked why the controller was the first device to ship, Valve hardware engineer Steve Cardinali said “this doesn’t have RAM in it, and it’s not as complicated to start getting out the door for us.”
The PC controller will sell for $99, more than most (including those at Valve) had hoped. The controller features an ergonomic design, trackpads, rumble, motion controls, 35 hours of battery life and a control puck that acts as a charger and wireless transmitter.
Some outlets got their hands on the Steam Controller early. PC Gamer has a fantastic breakdown of the new hardware. While they say it works great with Steam, it might have issues with other launchers.
“The Steam Controller, true to its name, requires Steam to function and may require more set-up for non-Steam games.” PC Gamer
Valve claims they should be able to meet demand for the new controllers when they go on sale. Meanwhile, for those who are patiently waiting for a Steam Deck 2 announcement, Valve officials say they are “hard at work on it.”

Droid Tycoon
Players can build droids from the franchise, with 40 blueprints available initially and more to come.
